Articial Intelligence is not just for Machines

Atulpriya is one of the students who actually make me feel like a teacher. Of course, this feeling of being boastful about my own self includes the PRIDE that he has brought into existence. We have not met much, maybe not even once after he moved out of the classroom, finishing his degree of B. Tech. But Atulpriya Sharma a.k.a. Social Maharaj is someone who represents a generation of my students - the BEST ONES!

Teachers are always required. They are the ones who make civilisations grow or vanish. Teachers teach humans to live life with meaning. But, there are those who have been willing to join teaching as a career but miss to understand a few fundamentals that get them jobs. After all, it is an occupation, not a trade to barter money and profits. Teacherr, EdChatIND and Osmania University organised a session for aspiring individuals who want to join Teaching as their career.

Learning in the Covid Lockdown

This all occurred to me when I was in the classroom looking outside the window and not finding a single student walking to the building as before. This was the beginning of an unusual day, an unusual arrival and departure at the workplace. They were not there. The reason was new, unreal and unprecedented as the same outbreak had sealed almost the whole world. 

Eklavyaism is not just about referring to the legend of the Master Learner - Eklavya. It is also not limited to your becoming a dedicated and determined learner in some skill or art. You cannot even restrict this -ism to be a motivator. Then what it is which runs as the undercurrent in Eklavyaism? It is the COURAGE that we take to be Creative and to be an Eklavya.

Do not be overwhelmed by change. It has to an incremental movement from the status quo or the stagnation you have been into. If you see it is not adding any worth to the efforts, reconsider your approach and if found rational, do not hesitate to correct the path. Right efforts in the right direction get you rewarding returns in life. That is what a lockdown learner should do.

Immunity of MIND

COVID has brought us on our knees. Now we see the ground with a close insight. It is our own ground that we have not been able to re-visit since we jumped into the well of earning well for the world. The blind-race we were running is on a slowdown in the lockdown. It seems the right time to understand what we know as ‘Immunity’ now.

Education

A Teacher can not be great. A teacher can neither be good nor successful. The reason is that "TEACHER" is the best version of oneself and there is no further ambition after taking up this task. The best is going to occur in the 'disciples' who are in your hands and you give them the foundation to shape their lives. Once a teacher is always a teacher.

Leadership Lessons in the Lockdown

You are the master of your own destiny. This is what most of the published and celebrated motivators sell these days. They are not wrong. It is an absolute truth that we become what we think of primarily. This 'think of' is not about the dream but this should be read as 'What We Think of Ourselves'. The simplest methods and the most complex theories of transformation shall lead to only one thing - Do you Lead Your Own Self!

Education seems to be the most corrupt of things happening these days and the teachers are the goons making a fool of masses! Besides, this whole online attempt to keep learning on track is all the more mischievous because it is driven by selfishness! Do you believe in these sentiments of the market these days?
