Web-Based Writing has a scope that is cosmic and when I make this pronouncement, I keep in mind the transition from Internet to World Wide Web (WWW).

From the military requirements, the internet has come a long way to be an integral part of our daily life. It has become the bread and butter of business, education and social structure of the world.

A brief snapshot of the significance and scope of Web Based Writing is required to be understood by witnessing the unprecedented growth in the expansion of internet access and its usage by masses.
