Communication aims at forming relationships. These are earned both at the social level and at the workplace as well. However, we tend to celebrate the social
communication without giving it the deserving attention.
This dubious friendship with 'mannerisms' or etiquettes calls for a re-think and motivates us to learn 'Behaviour'.
